English Lessons – Learn, Grow & Have Fun with Teacher Ruth

We offer an initial assessment for free!

If you’re a parent, you and your child will meet with Teacher Ruth. In addition to getting to know each other, she’ll go through a serious of exercises to determine the learning level of your child. She’ll make any suggestions based on her experience as to what areas your child should focus on.

As the parent, you can let Teacher Ruth know any expectations you have and goals you want to set for your child. You can also let Teacher Ruth know what your child is interested in, so she can tailor lesson topics to your child’s interests.

You can discuss pricing and lesson packages with Teacher Ruth. There is absolutely no pressure and no obligation for you to book classes. 

If you are a student, the process is similar. You’ll meet and introduce yourself with Teacher Ruth. You can let her know exactly what you want to focus on, for example speaking, writing or listening.

Let her know what types of lesson you would like (structured or conversational), and she’ll work with you to make sure pricing and lesson plans are a good fit.

Whether you are a parent or student, don’t stress to get it all perfect on the first assessment. Teacher Ruth is flexible and will always try her best adapt to your needs!

We offer both conversational and structured English classes.

Structured English classes are perfect for anyone wanting to learn English. You’ll learn new English words, phrases, and more by following a preset curriculum.

Conversational English classes are a great fit for anyone who knows English and wants to practice and improve their English speaking skills.

Once you send a request to Teacher Ruth for an assessment, she’ll communicate with you to confirm the date and time, and send you an email with the meeting link. On the day of the assessment, use that link to meet with her.

Rather than using a structured English lesson where you memorize words and sentences, you’ll learn by having a conversation. You can talk about your family, your pets, your country, hometown, job, ask Ruth questions, and just about any topic you can think of that interests you. 

Can’t think of a topic? No worries! Teacher Ruth will keep the conversation going.

These lessons were developed specifically for non-native English speakers who want to improve or practice their English speaking skills. It’s a great fit for kids and adults. 

Teacher Ruth will tailor the lessons based on your age, interest and current level.

Any age works! Children and adults can benefit from both structured and conversational English.
